It was actually cloudy one day.

I took some shots with my Summilux (all wide open, nonetheless) and... now, well, I don't want to sell it. :p

Last two are with the 'cron.

Two days old, my friend's daughter.

And more fire.

Things I grabbed first when we evacuated: cameras, lenses, negatives.

Some of our neighbors never left.

Some by choice, others didn't hear the police car that came down our street saying to evacuate.

Smoke started dissipating later on.

Dog.

Work dinner at PF Changs. The food was delicious.

That's my green tea in the foreground. First place I've been to where they served a tea pot. Was very nice.

Decisive moment? (I sort of kind of hate that term...but anyway!)

It got really dark really quickly and they had these small rings that were supposed to light the area. They were barely illuminating enough space to see the things... My coworker decided to try and wear it as a bracelet instead.
